Deer Smart Technologies is expanding globally and is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function across our corporate office and project locations.

What You Will Do:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project-based positions.
- Develop workforce planning strategies with business and project leaders.
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations across multiple project sites.
- Manage monthly payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor contractor labour compliance and documentation.
- Manage visa, work permit, and immigration processes for international employees.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR records, HR reports, manpower analytics, and HR dashboards.
- Support management with HR planning, budgeting,



and organizational development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 5 years in an HR Manager role.
- Mandatory experience in the MEP, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and contractor workforce management.
- Experience managing visa and immigration processes for international employees.
- Proficient in HRMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel and support multiple project locations as required.
