Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end hiring for business, technology, product, marketing, operations, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate should be a strategic talent partner with strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and experience hiring for critical and niche positions in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from role understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing.
- Build talent pipelines for business-critical and leadership positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Drive stakeholder management and ensure an excellent candidate experience.




- Perform market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring quality.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring mid, senior, leadership, and niche roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in startup, D2C, product, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
