Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive to lead our sales support team and drive business growth. You'll manage CRM-driven sales processes, support senior sales leadership, and contribute to strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize CRM pipeline, forecast sales performance

- Support senior sales leadership in deal closure and revenue growth

- Lead a team of sales coordinators and provide coaching

- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and suggest improvements

- Customer Calls and Lead Generation

-Building network with Architects/ Builders for leads and References

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design or related field

- Proven CRM management and sales ops experience

- Strong analytical and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

- Interior design or architecture background

- Experience with design software and tools
