Person having experience in implementing and working as a Quality Team Member can only apply for this position.

Qualification: MBA/BBA/Btech in Electronics

Experience: 3 years in Skill Development and Placement oriented programs

Notice Period: Not more than 30 days, though Immediate joiners are preferred

1. Ensure all project activities comply with DDU-GKY SOPs and State guidelines.

Maintain and verify documentation for training batches, mobilization, assessments, and placements.

Prepare files for internal and external audits.

Monitor adherence to Q-TEAM checklist and quality parameters.

2. Training Center Monitoring

Conduct regular visits to training centers to evaluate training delivery, infrastructure, and administrative processes.

Check trainer performance, attendance records, biometric systems, and training materials.

Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

3. Batch Management & Reporting

Verify batch creation, registration,



attendance, assessments, and certification processes.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.

Track placements and documentation compliance.

4. Audit & Inspection Support

Support internal audits, SRLM inspections, and third-party audits.

Ensure all required evidence and documentation are updated and readily available.

5. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with project managers, trainers, mobilization teams, and placement officers to ensure process adherence.

Follow up for missing documents, process deviations, and compliance issues.

Attend review meetings and present quality status updates.
