Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Robust hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Experience with Cloud Discovery for Azure, SAP, and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Build and maintain Service Maps for business-critical applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure Monitor, Splunk, Datadog, and similar monitoring tools.
- Develop automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Glide), JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, Regex, and MID Server architecture.
- Good understanding of ITIL v4 processes, including Incident, Event, and Change Management.
