- Job Summary: The Store Executive at Bhumi Irrigation will be responsible for inventory management, stock handling, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store/warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring material availability, and supporting production teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels for raw materials, components, and finished products. Track incoming and outgoing materials and update inventory management systems. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) principles to manage stock. Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- 2. Material Handling & Storage Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials to prevent damage or misplacement. Support loading,



unloading, and internal movement of materials as per production needs. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/store for easy access to materials.
- 3. Procurement & Coordination Work closely with the purchase, production, and logistics teams for material planning. Assist in preparing Material Requisition Notes (MRN) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN). Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock deliveries.
- 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily stock registers, issue records, and inventory reports. Generate weekly/monthly stock reports for management review. Track slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend necessary actions. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure safety measures are followed in the warehouse/store. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements related to stock handling. Assist in waste reduction and effective space utilization.
