Role & responsibilities :

Equipment Operations: Hands-on operation, calibration, and maintenance of fully automatic and semi-automatic biochemical analyzers, hematology analyzers, and other laboratory instruments.

Sample Management: Efficient and qualified sample collection (phlebotomy), processing, labeling, and storage according to standard operating procedures.

Testing & Analysis: Performing routine and specialized biochemical, hematological, and pathological tests accurately.

Quality Control: Strictly adhering to laboratory safety protocols, biohazard disposal rules, and daily internal quality control (QC) standards.

Documentation: Maintaining flawless, accurate, and confidential patient records, logs, and diagnostic reports.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education / Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of core laboratory experience (Mandatory).
