We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Business Manager to drive channel sales, expand dealer networks, and develop strong relationships with architects and consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the territory.
- Develop, appoint, and manage channel partners and dealer networks.
- Identify and onboard new dealers in potential markets.
- Generate project leads through architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Conduct dealer meets, product presentations, and architect engagement programs.
- Build and maintain solid customer and dealer relationships.
- Resolve dealer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in the Furniture, Building Materials, Interior Products, Office Solutions, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
