Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Controls and Test Automation Engineering Trainee to build and commission electrolyser test benches. Work on hydrogen electrolyser test systems involving sensors, DAQ hardware, Python automation, data logging, and real-time performance monitoring. Exceptional interns, fresh graduates, and early-career engineers with relevant academic, internship, or personal project experience in controls, instrumentation, automation, embedded systems, or energy systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate control, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
- Interface sensors, actuators, pumps, valves, and power supplies.
- Build and automate test benches for hydrogen and energy systems.
- Develop data logging, monitoring, and control software.
- Debug and optimize lab-scale and pilot-scale systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control hardware.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support system commissioning, testing, and validation.

Requirements

- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Instrumentation & Sensors (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Conductivity)
- Analog Signal Interfacing (0–10V, 4–20mA)
- Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ)
- Python Programming & Test Automation




- Electrical Wiring & System Integration
- Relay, Actuator & Power Supply Integration
- Debugging & Troubleshooting of Hardware Systems
- Electrical Schematics & Panel Wiring
- Control Systems Fundamentals
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, panel wiring, and commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- PLC Programming (Siemens/TIA Portal)
- Arduino / ESP32
- LabVIEW or MATLAB
- Power Electronics, Battery, Hydrogen, or Energy Systems Experience
