We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Asst. General Manger Finance & Accounts/CFO to oversee the financial operations of our contracting business. You will safeguard our fiscal health, drive financial strategy, and partner with executive leadership to scale the business. Beyond standard corporate finance, you will navigate industry-specific complexities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies and forecasting aligned with company growth.
- Create and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
- Supervise all accounting, taxation, Legal, Secretarial and Banking functions.
- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by strictly managing working capital.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare Monthly MIS as per management requirements.
- Maintain robust internal controls to prevent financial deviations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national taxation regulations (including GST and corporate laws in India).
- Create/update policies as per the requirements of the business that allow working in the most organized way
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant with leadership skills and strategic financial acumen.
Experience: 7+ years in senior financial or managerial roles, with at least 3 years as a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts preferably in the contracting, or engineering sectors
