The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, understanding their requirements and converting them into enrollments by effectively pitching our digital products and services. You will play a key role in driving revenue by building relationships, handling queries, and closing sales over calls and digital channels.
Important: Lead generation is not required. The company will provide qualified leads daily.
Responsibility:
Lead Follow-up: Call and followup the company-provided leads consistently through different platform
Client Consultation: Understand the prospect's goals, career background, and learning requirements and explain our training programs, curriculum and mentorship model clearly
Online Sessions: Conduct Zoom/Google Meet counseling sessions as and when required for a detailed program walkthrough
Conversion: Handle objections professionally and close enrollments to achieve monthly targets
CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status,
and activity logs in CRM
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding post-enrollment
