Job Title: Sales Manager / Branch Manager Jewellery Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Branch Manager to lead showroom sales operations for a reputed jewellery retail brand.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery or premium retail sales, team handling, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

* Drive walk-in conversion, average ticket value, repeat sales, and customer retention

* Ensure excellent customer experience for premium and HNI clients

* Monitor daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, enquiries, and appointments

* Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve sales performance

* Maintain showroom discipline, grooming standards, reporting, and retail SOPs

* Coordinate with management for sales planning, promotions, and business growth

* Support smooth showroom operations, billing discipline,



stock coordination, and customer service

Desired Candidate Profile:

* 7–15 years of experience in retail sales leadership

* Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle retail preferred

* Strong team management and leadership skills

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Good understanding of customer handling, retail KPIs, and showroom operations

* Presentable, confident, disciplined, and customer-focused personality

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Preferred Skills:

* Jewellery retail experience

* HNI customer handling

* Team size handling experience

* Knowledge of gold, diamond, polki, kundan, or luxury jewellery sales will be an added advantage
