We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Business Development (C&I;) to lead our business development efforts in the region of Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in open access renewable energy sales, business development, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the open access renewable energy market
- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Prepare and present proposals to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team

Requirements

- 10-20 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field




- Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong focus on open access renewable energy sales
- Solid knowledge of PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and C&I; (Commercial and Industrial) markets
- Excellent proposal preparation and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
