- Achieve sales targets for aftermarket products and services across the assigned territory/region.
- Generate business from the installed base through:
- Spare Parts Sales
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA)
- Repair & Refurbishment Services
- Retrofits and Upgrades
- Field Services and Overhauls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, plant maintenance teams, and key decision-makers.
- Identify service opportunities by regularly visiting customer sites and understanding equipment performance and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal proposal and engineering teams.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to successfully close service orders.
- Ensure timely collection of advance payments and support receivable collections.
- Coordinate with service, engineering, supply chain, and project teams for seamless execution of customer orders.
- Support customers with lifecycle solutions that improve turbine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, chance tracking, and forecasting through SFDC/CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions, seminars, and other business development initiatives.
- Analyze the installed base and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling service offerings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 610 years of experience in aftermarket/service sales of industrial rotating equipment.
- Experience in Steam Turbines, Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment, Compressors, Pumps, or similar industrial equipment
