Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Protection Engineer with strong expertise in Delphix to design, implement, and support data masking solutions for non-production environments. The role focuses on protecting PII and sensitive data while supporting Agile project teams through setting refreshes, masking activities, and release cycles.Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and administer Delphix masking solutions.
- Gather masking requirements and implement data protection strategies.
- Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot data masking processes.
- Protect PII and sensitive data in non-production environments.
- Support environment refreshes and project release activities.
- Collaborate with DBA, Data Warehouse, and Agile project teams.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Delphix Engine Administration, Configuration, and Data Masking.




- Expertise in masking rule development and execution.
- Good understanding of databases, schemas, tables, views, and PII identification.
- Knowledge of data masking methodologies and data protection best practices.
- Basic to intermediate Linux administration skills.
- Understanding of encryption concepts is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience supporting Agile development teams.
- Ability to work closely with DBAs and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible to support project deployments, environment refreshes, and sprint/release activities, aligned with the DBA team's working hours.
