Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a Deputy Manager (Mechanical) with 7-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry to join our team in Raipur Phase II.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical aspects of thermal projects, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and oversee the mechanical aspects of thermal projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete projects within deadlines - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and reliability - Identify and resolve mechanical issues or breakdowns in a timely and effective manner - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and deliverables - Prepare reports, documentation,



and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings - Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all project activities - Drive a culture of safety, quality, and excellence across all project operations

Technical Competencies

Experience with design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems,Expertise in mechanical engineering principles and practices,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards,Knowledge of thermal systems, equipment, and processes,Proficient in project management tools and software

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 7-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry
