- Manage the helpdesk of the branch
- Leads generation, facilitate account opening and processing of service requests
- Sales / Cross selling of savings and other products (assets/liabilities)
- Processing of Non-Financial Transactions (Mini Statement, Balance Enquiry, Cheque book request, nominee update)
- Outbound client facing activities
- Client account opening
- Document verification with originals and EDD
- Compliance based client visits (HSM etc.)
- Refer potential customers for insurance, assets & credit cards
- Any other activity and services as per regulatory guidelines (RBI/ Ministry of Finance)
