This role also carries end-to-end product ownership for ATHMA's international implementations, including Cayman Islands, Practice Plus Group (PPG), and broader deployments across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, India, and South East Asia.
- This is a hybrid leadership role that blends hands-on product management, program and stakeholder management, and people leadership. The ideal candidate has taken products all the way from inception through to scaling at an enterprise level comfortable building something new, growing early adoption, and hardening a mature product for multi-geography, enterprise-grade operation and is equally at ease in a roadmap review, a steering committee, and a sprint planning session.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & People Leadership

- Lead, mentor,

and grow a team of 5 Product Managers across the HealthOps vertical, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Own hiring, performance management, and career development plans for the team, building a bench strong enough to scale with the business.
- Foster a culture of ownership, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement across the product organisation.

2. Product Management Across Service Lines & Geographies

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital initiatives spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, and Marketing across Narayana Health's India operations.
- Drive product management for Narayana Health Integrated Care and Clinics.
- Lead ATHMA's product charter for international implementations Cayman Islands and Practice Plus Group (PPG) and for broader deployments across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, India, and South East Asia.
- Balance a portfolio that spans the full product lifecycle from inception and new builds, through early adoption and iteration, to scaling at an enterprise level across markets.

3. Stakeholder, Program & Customer Success Management

- Act as the primary product point of contact for senior business, clinical, and technology stakeholders across all service lines and geographies.
- Manage cross-functional programs end-to-end, coordinating with engineering, design, clinical governance, and regional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Own customer success outcomes for key accounts and implementation partners, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
- Partner with Marketing on product positioning, launches, and go-to-market activities where relevant.

4. OKRs, Metrics & Reporting

- Define and cascade OKRs for the HealthOps vertical, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and the Annual Report Card.
- Establish and track product and delivery metrics, presenting regular scorecards to leadership.
- Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across the product team.

5. Agile Delivery & Engineering Cadence

- Own and continuously improve agile ceremonies across the vertical standups, sprint planning, capacity planning, sprint reviews, and design/engineering cadences.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to plan capacity, sequence releases, and manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across distributed teams working across multiple time zones and geographies.

- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools and workflows within the product team for research synthesis, meeting preparation, backlog grooming, and reporting to improve velocity and decision quality.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 810 years of overall experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates from Health Tech / Healthcare IT backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience taking products from inception through to scaling at an enterprise level not just early-stage builds.
- Prior experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers (people management experience is essential).
- Experience working with international / multi-geography product implementations is highly valued (UK, EMEA, South East Asia, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent management qualification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and clinical leaders across cultures and geographies.
- Proven program management capability — able to manage complex, multi-workstream delivery with competing priorities.
- Solid grounding in customer success principles and outcomes-driven product thinking.
- Comfortable defining and driving OKRs, metrics, and executive-level reporting (e.g., report cards, scorecards).
- Deep familiarity with agile ways of working — sprint planning, capacity planning, backlog management, and engineering collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to operate effectively across distance and time zones.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and clinical governance considerations (e.g., NHS-adjacent standards) is an advantage.

Tools, Technology & AI Enablement:

- Hands-on proficiency with product and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping/OKR platforms.
- Working familiarity with AI-assisted product management workflows — using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) for research synthesis, meeting prep, backlog grooming, stakeholder updates, and reporting automation.
- A track record of introducing or scaling AI-enabled ways of working within a product or delivery team, and comfort evaluating new AI tooling for team-wide adoption.

What Success Looks Like:

- The HealthOps product team consistently delivers against OKRs across all service lines and geographies.
- A high-performing, well-coached team of Product Managers with strong retention and growth trajectories.
- Stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, Marketing, Integrated Care, Cayman Islands, and PPG view the product function as a trusted, reliable partner.
- Agile delivery cadences run smoothly and predictably across distributed teams, with clear visibility into capacity and progress.
