Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced ETP Plant Operators to join our operations team in our facility. You will be responsible for the daily operation, routine maintenance, and water quality monitoring of our industrial water treatment plant to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality water supply for operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operation: Run and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant, raw water pumps, sand/carbon filters, and softener systems according to SOPs.
- Testing & Quality: Conduct hourly/daily water testing for parameters like pH, TDS, Hardness, and Free Chlorine; maintain strict quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine backwashing, chemical cleaning (CIP) of membranes, and basic preventive maintenance on dosing pumps and piping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate hourly logbook records of pressure gauges, flow rates, water consumption, and chemical stock levels.
- Safety:



Ensure safe handling and mixing of water treatment chemicals (antiscalant, SMBS, acid/alkali).

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental).
- Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in operating ETP, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of membrane systems, pump operations, and chemical dosing. Must be able to read pressure gauges and flow meters accurately.
- Shift: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
