Job Summary/About the Role-
We are looking for a detail driven and experienced professional to lead the portal function within our insurance operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the portal,
ensuring seamless customer experience, high data accuracy and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. The Team lead will manage a team, collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and lead digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications- Graduate
Required Experience and Skills-
- Should have minimum of 5-8 years of experience in insurance operations/digital portal management
- Proven experience in team handling
- Solid analytical skills (Excel, MIS, reporting)
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working with portal systems, CRM tool or web platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage daily operations of the portal, ensuring smooth functionality
- Coordinate with IT, Operations and Business teams for enhancements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security requirements
