Role & responsibilities

Own the client experience at Kajaria Galaxy our flagship showroom, recognized as the best Kajaria showroom in Karnataka. This is not an order-taking role: you will consult, design, negotiate, and close deals with your own pricing authority, without escalating to management.
• Handle walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers end-to-end
• Understand the client's space, budget, and taste; recommend tile and surface combinations room by room across our Kajaria and Nexion (Italian large-format porcelain) ranges
• Use visualization tools and sample boards to help clients see their finished space
• Quote, negotiate, and close deals independently within a defined pricing framework
• Own a monthly sales target of 30 lakhs, with a 3-month ramp-up period
• Build repeat relationships with architects, designers, and project clients across Tumkur and surrounding districts

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years in design-led sales — Livspace, HomeLane, DesignCafe, or branded tile/sanitaryware/surfaces showrooms (Kajaria, Somany, Orientbell, Nexion, Jaquar, Hindware or similar)




• Proven experience carrying and achieving a monthly sales target — you should be able to walk us through deals you personally closed, start to finish
• Comfortable discussing layouts, combinations, and design choices with clients and architects
• Fluent in Kannada and English; Hindi a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tumkur (an hour from Bengaluru)
• Interior design/architecture qualification is a plus, not mandatory — closing ability matters more
