Job Title: Key Accounts Executive- Ecommerce

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Executive-Ecommerce to join our Ecommerce team . In this role, you will manage relationships with key online marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart etc) as well as Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy), drive ecommerce sales,. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring smooth operations to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform & Growth Strategy

- Cross-Platform Leadership: Spearhead sales strategies across major traditional marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) as well as emerging Quick Commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto).
- Revenue Acceleration: Drive digital sales growth, track daily/weekly KPIs, and execute tactical initiatives to consistently boost revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Analyse sales trends, monitor competitor movements, and evaluate pricing strategies to aggressively capture market share.

2. Operations & Account Health

- Catalogue & Inventory Management: Maintain and optimise product catalogues, manage inventory planning,



and ensure accurate cataloguing to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage key account health metrics, minimise defect rates, and oversee dispute resolutions, including SAFE-T and reimbursement claims.
- Relationship Management: Develop strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and cultivate solid working relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) at major platforms.

3. Marketing & Conversion Optimisation

- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise e-commerce advertising campaigns (including Sponsored Products, PPC, and Display Ads) with a strict focus on maximising ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Listing Optimisation: Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by implementing high quality A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and integrating SEO-friendly keywords.
- Campaign & Event Execution: Coordinate promotional calendars and secure prime participation in major platform shopping events, flash sales, and deals.

4. Technical Skills

- Data Analytics: Hands-on experience with advanced Excel for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
