Preferred candidate profile
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensing: A Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification is often mandatory for managing the steam generation side of the plant.
- Experience: Typically requires 4 to 8+ years of progressive experience in the cane sugar industry, frequently involving large-scale operations ranging from 4,000 Tons Crushed per Day (TCD).
