SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive Payroll Technician to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end payroll activities within our dynamic, quick-paced global environment. Additional responsibilities will include some accounting tasks, notably journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. This position offers excellent potential for professional growth and is ideal for a candidate looking to expand their international payroll expertise and accounting expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and process European and Indian payrolls;
- Manage day-to-day payroll operations and resolve employee inquiries;
- Manage and monitor employee time & attendance (ADP & Excelity);
- Other Payroll Related Tasks (insurance, pension,



etc.);
- Review and verify employee expense reports (Concur & Appzen);
- Participate in the annual audit by preparing necessary documentation and reports;
- Other accounting related tasks

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ADP and Excelity is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP), MS Office/G-Suit tools, Concur is an advantage
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the absolute highest level of discretion
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
