- Position: Admission Counsellor (MBBS)
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Salary: 15,000 – 50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
- Location: Noida, Sector 63
- Work Mode: Work from Office (No Work from Home)
- - Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and documentation requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
- Assist students throughout the admission process until enrolment.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

- - Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education consulting, or academic sales.
- Good knowledge of MBBS admissions in India and/or abroad.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

- - Preferred Skills

- Experience in MBBS admission consulting.
- Knowledge of NEET counselling and medical admission processes.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
