Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to manage the overall operations, admissions, academics, and parent engagement activities of the preschool. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, guide, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain high standards of academics, child safety, and hygiene.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns promptly.
- Plan and execute school events, parent meetings, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and support team development.

Preferred candidate profile

46 years of experience in Preschool, School Administration, or Education Management.
