- Plan and schedule site-based jetting operations (cleaning, hydro blasting, pipeline/heat exchanger cleaning, vessel/tank cleaning, etc ) in consultation with the project team Ensure all equipment (jetting machines, pumps, accessories) are mobilized, set up, commissioned and operated optimally on site
- Monitor progress of jobs vs schedule; ensure milestones are met and adjust resource allocation as needed Deploy skilled manpower: operators, jetters, helpers; ensure training & competence Manage consumables, spare parts, hoses, nozzles, etc
- ensure timely procurement and inventory at the site Maintain equipment in good working condition; ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs to avoid downtime Ensure that jetting is performed to the required technical specifications: pressure, flow, safety of surfaces/equipment
- Monitor quality of cleaning, removal of deposits, surface condition post jetting Ensure compliance with applicable engineering and client standards, and internal quality systems Ensure accurate documentation of work done: reports, measurements, before/after photos, checksEnforce strict safety protocols for high-pressure water operations, confined spaces, protective PPE,

- Conduct tool box talks, safety briefings, and ensure accident/incident reporting Promote a zero-incident mindset and a safe working culture
- Liaise with clients/project managers for planning, job scope, and site-specific requirements Address client concerns, changes in scope, and technical clarifications on site Represent the company on site, maintain professionalism, and ensure good customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams: engineering, design / sales / procurement / quality / logistics Monitor job costs vs budgets; minimize wastage, avoid over use of resources Ensure productive use of manpower, fuel, and equipment; control operational expenses
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancements Submit daily/weekly/monthly operation reports: progress, challenges, resource utilization, safety stats Maintain site logs, attendance, and equipment usage statistics Record deviations, corrective action plans, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
