Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic Asset Owners and Asset Managers.
- Drive client retention by ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and delivering a best-in-class client experience.
- Develop and maintain client account plans, governance frameworks, and engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Client Service, Sales, Digital, and Change teams to resolve client issues and deliver seamless service.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and support change management initiatives.
- Support commercial growth through cross-selling opportunities and client engagement.
- Monitor client reporting, governance meetings, service reviews, and management information (MI).
- Coordinate KYC/CDD renewals and support account lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Required Skills & Experience

- 1015 years of experience in Securities Services, Global Custody, Fund Services,



or related institutional banking functions.
- Proven experience managing Asset Owners, Asset Managers, or other institutional clients.
- Strong knowledge of Securities Services products such as Custody, Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Transfer Agency, Settlement, or Securities Lending.
- Excellent client relationship management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience leading client governance meetings, handling escalations, and driving service improvements.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and operational controls.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Background
Candidates from leading global custodians, investment banks, or financial institutions with experience in Securities Services and institutional client management will be highly preferred.Role & responsibilities
