About the Company

Tircon Infratech is a telecom infrastructure and EPC contractor engaged in the execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) laying, duct installation, and related telecom infrastructure works for leading telecom projects across India.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations related to HDD, OFC laying, duct installation, trenching, cable installation, and restoration works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, workforce management, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily HDD drilling, duct laying, OFC installation, cable blowing/pulling, and restoration work.
- Manage labour teams, machine operators, and subcontractors at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and client representatives for inspections and work approvals.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), labour attendance, and material consumption records.
- Ensure availability and efficient utilization of machinery, tools, and materials.
- Report daily progress, technical issues, and delays to the Project Engineer.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.




- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth execution of site operations.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in HDD, OFC laying, duct installation, trenching, and telecom infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage field teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Positive knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years in HDD, OFC laying, telecom infrastructure, utility, or EPC projects.

Job Location

- Initial Project Location: Amritsar, Punjab.
- Candidates should be willing to travel extensively and relocate to other project locations across India based on company and project requirements.
- This is a field-based role involving regular travel and site supervision.
