Role OverviewThe Sr. Analyst Programmer is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.This position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. It contributes to system architecture decisions, leads critical development initiatives, and mentors junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications to meet business and technical needs.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot critical system issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to system architecture design and technical solution planning.
- Review code to ensure best practices, quality, coding standards, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and technical support.
- Document system processes, architecture, technical designs, and updates for reference and compliance.




- Lead specific segments within large projects, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and business objectives.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelors degree in:

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Or a related field

Work Experience

- 3+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership

Skills & Competencies

- Robust proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET Core / .NET Framework
- ASP.NET (MVC/Web API)

- Experience working with .NET 4.5, including:

- Rewriting and upgrading legacy codebases to newer .NET versions
- Developing Windows-based (desktop/OS-based) applications

- Strong understanding of:

- Object-oriented programming
- Design patterns
- System architecture

- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server) and query optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Strong understanding of documentation standards and system design practices
- Good leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Expertise in debugging tools and troubleshooting complex systems
