Role & Responsibilities

Linux Administrator

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Monitor server health, system availability, resource utilization, and overall infrastructure performance.
- Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Perform server patching, firmware upgrades, OS updates, backup, recovery, and disk space management.
- Troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and server infrastructure issues, including performance degradation, hardware failures, and software conflicts.
- Manage IIS, FTP, SFTP, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), File Server, DNS, DHCP, and QSAN storage environments.
- Implement server hardening, security policies, user access controls, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Automate routine administration tasks using Shell Scripting.
- Monitor server logs, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with network, storage, database, cloud, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for server configurations, SOPs, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate maintenance schedules, outages, and technical updates to stakeholders.

SAP Administrator

- Manage SAP Basis administration activities across SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA landscapes.
- Perform SAP installation, system copies, upgrades, kernel patching, migrations, and support package implementation.
- Monitor SAP application servers, databases, system health, and performance.
- Handle SAP Transport Management System (TMS), client administration, user management, authorization, and security.
- Perform backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, system refreshes, and high availability activities.
- Troubleshoot SAP Basis issues and coordinate with functional and infrastructure teams.
- Support SAP HANA administration, database maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Maintain SAP system documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Java Developer

- Design, develop, test, deploy,



and maintain enterprise Java applications.
- Develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Integrate applications with relational databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
- Work with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Linux Administration, SAP Basis Administration, or Java Development.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Hands-on experience with Linux Administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience managing VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environments.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, FTP, SFTP, File Server, and GPO.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
