Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with merchants, acquirers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Oversee merchant onboarding process from activation to live status, ensuring seamless integration into the network.

- Utilize QR code technology to facilitate transactions between merchants and customers.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue streams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in banking industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team handling and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of merchant acquisition processes, including activation, onboarding, and servicing requirements.

- Proficiency in using QR codes for transactional purposes; knowledge of mobile payment solutions an added advantage.
