We are an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Transportation Management and SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight execution, optimization, freight costing, and multi-modal logistics. You will be responsible designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end transportation management solutions global supply chain operations

- Design and configure end-to-end SAP TM processes covering freight unit building, freight order/booking management, planning, execution and settlement inputs
- Implement optimizer-driven and manual planning, including consolidation, incremental planning, controlled re-planning, freeze-window rules and shipment compatibility checks
- Configure freight costing and LTL/FTL decision logic using lane rates, carrier tariffs, pallet utilization, stackability, break-even thresholds and transit-time constraints




- Set up route, carrier, capacity, vehicle/equipment/container selection and multi-modal planning capabilities across Road, Ocean and Air
- Drive S/4HANA integration, partner determination, product handling/temperature condition data flow, reporting/visibility, functional design, testing, deployment and hypercare.
