JOB DESCRIPTION IT EXECUTIVE

Position : IT Executive

Location : DB Mall, Gwalior

Department: Information Technology / Facility & Infrastructure Management

Reporting To: Mall Manager / Regional IT Head

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (in a similar IT infrastructure / facility IT role)

Employment Type: Full-Time

ROLE PURPOSE

The IT Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure and technology-enabled systems at DB Mall, Gwalior. The role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented professional who can independently manage networks, security systems, and mall-facing digital platforms while ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain the complete IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, servers, and CCTV surveillance systems administration, ensuring optimum uptime and security.
- Administer the Hardware Management, encompassing server management, real-time system monitoring, MIS reporting, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee Biometric Attendance Systems, including coordination with vendors for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with Internal Building Services (IBS) teams to fulfil network connectivity, Network booster and infrastructure requirements across the mall premises.
- Manage and monitor Floor LED displays, ensuring timely content updates, proper functioning,



and visual consistency in line with mall communication standards.
- Administer Feedback POS (Point of Sale) machines, including routine maintenance, prompt issue resolution, and coordination with respective vendors, Resolving the issue of billing software
- Provide first-level and escalated technical support, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure uninterrupted operation of all IT-related systems and services across the mall.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, AMC schedules, vendor SLAs, and incident logs for audit and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection practices across all mall systems.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within a mall, retail, hospitality, or large commercial facility environment.
- Sound working knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), server administration, CCTV systems, and biometric access/attendance systems.
- Prior exposure to Parking Management Systems, LED display management, and POS/feedback systems will be preferred.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and respond effectively to on-ground technical issues.
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
