- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, material usage, and site documentation.
- Verify measurements, billing, and compliance with approved drawings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 28 years of experience in real estate or residential construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC works, finishing, QA/QC, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in office in Visakhapatnam.
