Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Network and Endpoint Security Engineer - L2 to join our

team Immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and

troubleshooting security incidents and operational issues related to various security platforms.

This role requires expertise in endpoint protection platforms, vulnerability management, and

network access control (NAC). Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot

security incidents and operational issues related to Firewalls, WAF, VPN, Proxy, IDS/IPS, and

related security platforms. - Perform rule analysis, policy implementation, and change execution.

- Investigate security alerts, analyze logs, and coordinate with internal teams and OEM support

for resolution/RCA. - Support security hardening and health monitoring activities. - Prepare

operational reports, documentation, and SOPs. - Administer and support solutions such as EDR,

AV, application control,



device control, encryption, and endpoint compliance platforms. -

Investigate endpoint security alerts and coordinate remediation activities. - Conduct malware

analysis triage and assist in containment and recovery activities. - Ensure endpoint security

agent health, compliance monitoring, and reporting. Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of

relevant experience in security operations. - Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Ability

to work within defined SLAs and support operational and project-related activities. - Good

communication and documentation skills. - Additional suggested skills: Experience with cloud

security platforms, DLP solutions, SIEM technologies, and security certifications (CISSP, CISA,

etc.) would be considered a plus.
