Job Description:

We are looking for resident field service engineers for multiple locations across Himachal Pradesh, including Mandi, Kangra, Hamirpur, Solan, and Shimla. The local candidate gets the first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT and networking solutions.
- Installation and commissioning of security and surveillance systems.
- Troubleshooting and servicing of hardware and network-related issues.
- Installation and support of printing and imaging solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently within the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.




- Provide technical support and basic user training to customers.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and support activities.

Technical Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of IT hardware & networking, CCTV, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience can apply.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- A two-wheeler and laptop are desirable.

Educational Qualifications:

B. Tech / B.E. / Diploma in:

- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- IT & Networking
- ITI qualification or relevant experience in a similar field.
