**Job Description:**

The Vice Principal will play a vital role in shaping the academic and administrative functions of the college, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the college.

- Oversee academic activities, including curriculum development, faculty performance, and student progress.

- Implement policies and procedures to maintain academic standards and accreditation requirements.

- Coordinate with the hospitals management to facilitate practical training and clinical placements for students.

- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation processes.

- Organize workshops, seminars, and other academic programs to promote continuous learning.





- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as INC, AICTE, and other relevant authorities.

- Foster a positive learning environment and promote student welfare and discipline.

- Collaborate with the hospital management to integrate clinical practice with academic learning.

- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives of the institution.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- Masters degree in Nursing or related healthcare discipline (Ph.D. preferred).

- Proven experience of at least 10 years in nursing education or healthcare teaching institutions.

- Prior administrative or leadership experience as Head of Department or Deputy Principal.

- In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards and healthcare education regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and healthcare professionals.
