Hiring for Team Lead - OPS

Experience - 6 Months of Team Lead or 1 year as Asst. Team Lead in a BPO/Customer Support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily operational targets and service levels.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly MIS/performance reports.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
