Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to lead investment promotion and facilitation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working full-time with Central/State Governments or their agencies in investment promotion, lead generation, investment facilitation, and investment grounding projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving investor engagement, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage investment promotion and facilitation projects for Central/State Government departments and agencies.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract domestic and foreign investments.
- Identify and generate investment leads through industry outreach, investor engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Facilitate investor interactions by coordinating with various government departments and stakeholders.
- Support investment grounding activities by ensuring timely approvals, clearances, and project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations, investors, and business communities.
- Monitor project progress,



prepare periodic reports, presentations, and MIS for senior management and government authorities.
- Guide and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, guidelines, and project deliverables.
- Represent the organization in investor meetings, conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 10 years of full-time relevant experience in investment promotion, investment facilitation, lead generation, or investment grounding projects.
- Experience must be with Central Government, State Government, Government Agencies, PSUs, or Government-supported organizations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale investment promotion initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of government policies, industrial development, and investment ecosystems.
