We are looking for Business Head - Retail with one of our client which is a Bangalore based conglomerate with group turnover of over 1800 Cr. having their business interest in Retail , IT and Mfg.

An ideal candidate must have Min. 14 years of experience in Retail Operations and Sales with Min. 5 years in leadership role.

Note : An Ideal person must be from premium retail brand handling business of Min. 250 cr.

Position : Business Head -Retail (Apparel - Current Business of 350Cr.)

Reporting to Chief Business Officer - Retail

Total Experience : 12 + years of total work experience, with 5+ years in leadership role / Team Management

Qualification MBA

Budget : Max.65LPA (80 : 20 )

Location : Bangalore

This person will head the Retail (Apparel) and report into Head of Retail.

- Person has to be able to Deliver business outcomes: turnover,



profitability
- Ensure we deliver world-class customer experiences
- lDrive expansion of business through recent locations and eCom. eCom operations per se will be managed by Marketing team. This person will need to own the business bits
- Think through of the business from a 3-5 year perspective.. and draw up strategies accordingly; Make our stores the place to go for customers,despite them having many options
- Inventory management would be a key element
- Inventory management/ People management / Ops excellence would be some key elements.
