Salary

- Chat Process: Up to 30,000 per month
- Voice Process: Up to 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice or Chat support.
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM/ticketing tools.
- Meet defined KPIs including Quality, CSAT, AHT, Productivity, and Attendance.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (Voice or Chat Process).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency (mandatory for Chat Process).
- Robust customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
