A major component in the scientist's performance rating will be based on productivity.
The Research Scientist Is principal responsibility is the synthesis of novel target molecules, typically on the milligram to gram scale, following synthetic route designs by supervisor.
Preferred candidate profile
M.Sc Organic Chemistry with experience in synthetic R&D; of 6 to 12 years.
