The studio is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering iconic interiors and design experiences across ultra-luxury residences, branded residences, resorts, hotels, villas, clubhouses, and mixed-use developments.

This is a leadership opportunity for an exceptional design qualified who can combine creativity, innovation, commercial understanding, and execution excellence to build one of India's most respected luxury interior design studios.

The successful candidate will own the complete design lifecyclefrom vision and concept creation through design development, procurement coordination, execution, and final handoverwhile building a globally admired design language.

Position Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Interior Design Leader with 15 to 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality and residential projects across multiple international markets.

The ideal candidate should possess an exceptional design sensibility, global exposure, strong leadership capability, and the ability to transform ambitious concepts into iconic projects.

Beyond being an outstanding designer, this individual should be a buildersomeone capable of scaling a high-performance design studio, nurturing creative talent, developing global design partnerships, and establishing a distinctive luxury design brand.





The ideal candidate will have:

- 15 to 25 years of leadership experience in luxury interior design.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Exposure to multiple international markets such as the UAE, Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, or other global design hubs.
- A portfolio showcasing iconic luxury developments.
- Strong understanding of premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and bespoke product design.
- Experience collaborating with internationally renowned architects, consultants, and luxury brands.
- Exceptional design aesthetics and storytelling capability.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate design vision into executable projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large project portfolios.
