Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales by meeting customers, understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Meet customers and generate new sales.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
- Convert leads into policy sales.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and renewals.
- Update sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent.
- Valuable communication and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
