- Assist in designing and developing training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
- Provide administrative support in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tracking employee progress.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in Training & Development or related field.
- Solid understanding of Canvas, LMS, Talent Development, Learning & Development concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
