We are hiring for Tele Collection Executive (DRA) - Banking Process

Qualification - Both Gradaute and Under Graduate can apply

Skills Required

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally over calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Experience in tele collection processes and DRA certified is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply if DRA certified.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact customers over calls regarding overdue loan or credit card payments.
- Remind customers of pending dues and encourage timely repayment.
- Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.




- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
- Update call records and payment commitments accurately in the system.
- Follow collection policies, DRA guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
