Are you a finance skilled with experience in treasury operations, cash management, investments, and banking activities? Join our team and play a key role in managing treasury functions, liquidity planning, investments, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations

- Cash flow forecasting and monitoring for subsidiaries and group entities
- Manage banking operations including account opening, closure, and documentation
- Coordinate with banks and authorized dealers for compliance requirements

Liquidity & Working Capital Management

- Work closely with Business Finance teams to optimize cash flows and working capital
- Support treasury strategies to ensure efficient fund utilization and minimize idle cash

Investment Management

- Manage short, medium, and long-term investments
- Invest surplus funds and monitor investment portfolios
- Coordinate with investment advisors and fund managers
- Prepare investment accounting reports and MIS

Forex Management

- Handle foreign inward remittances




- Manage Softex-related activities and bank coordination

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures
- Coordinate regulatory compliance submissions to RBI and Authorized Dealers

Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain accounting for investments and banking charges
- Support tax-related information requirements
- Perform timely bank reconciliations
- Generate treasury MIS, risk, and performance reports

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with auditors, valuers, banks, wealth advisors, and internal stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Investments, or Corporate Finance
Graduate from a reputed university/institution
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Understanding of banking operations, investments, treasury controls, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
