The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager, based in our Kochi office, to take full ownership of Group finance across the India and UAE entities, with the US entity coming online. You will run the numbers, protect cash, sharpen margins, and build a finance function that matches the Group's ambition while independently owning legal and statutory compliance matters in both India and the UAE, coordinating directly with local authorities, advisors, and counsel rather than routing every issue upward. This is a leadership seat with real accountability for how the business makes money and stays compliant, not just a back-office function. If you want a title and a quiet ledger, this is not it. What You'll Own

- Group Financial Control: own the books, monthly close, and consolidated reporting across the India and UAE entities, and stand up finance for the US entity as it launches
- Independent Legal & Compliance Ownership: take full, independent ownership of legal and compliance matters across India and the UAE coordinating directly with local authorities, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and legal counsel in each jurisdiction to resolve issues yourself, escalating only when genuinely required
- Cash & Working Capital: run a rolling multi-currency cash forecast across AED, INR, USD (and EUR as needed), manage receivables, payables, and inventory, and protect liquidity across the Group
- Margin & Profitability: move the business from revenue-led to margin-led thinking, build product and service-line P&Ls; across ERP implementation, licensing, and support, and drive pricing and cost decisions with the numbers
- Intercompany & Transfer Pricing: own and reconcile the intercompany position between Group companies from both sides every month, and keep transfer pricing clean and defensible
- Partner & Channel Economics: model partner, reseller, and channel compensation,



and build financing and cost-of-capital considerations into deal economics so every deal is priced to cover its true cost
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: own India GST, TDS, ROC, and statutory filings, and UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, with full audit readiness across every entity
- Systems & Reporting: bring the Group's own finance stack up to standard (Odoo fluency a solid plus, since the Group implements it), automate reporting, and deliver a live dashboard instead of spreadsheets
- Team & Coaching: lead, develop, and coach the finance team across India and the UAE, and build a function that scales with the Group

What We're Looking For

- Qualified accountant (M.Com / MBA-Fin / CA-Inter / ACCA) with 6+ years in finance, including genuine multi-entity, cross-border experience; strong CA-Inter/ACCA candidates with comparable ownership experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership including of legal and compliance matters without needing close supervision or constant escalation.
- Background in technology, IT services, ERP, or a project-plus-product business, with an understanding of licence and subscription revenue and project accounting.
- Strong on consolidations, intercompany reconciliation, and transfer pricing, with proven cash flow and working capital management in a growing or capital-tight environment.
- Working knowledge of both UAE compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, free zone vs. mainland) and India compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, statutory filings), and confidence managing multiple currencies.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling, and a track record of building clean MIS and dashboards.
- Commercial and owner-minded, direct with data, and comfortable with travel, ambiguity, and a multi-country setup.
