We are hiring International Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through chat and convert inquiries into sale.

Role & responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via chat.
- Assist customers with product and service information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into successful transactions via chat.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate/Undergraduate are eligible.
- Freshers & Experienced can apply.
- Excellent written English Communication.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Note: Candidates pursuing regular course are not eligible.

Working Schedule:

- Days: 5 days per week.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours.
- Weekly Off:2 rotational weekly off.
- Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
- Cab Facility: Available only for female employees during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM).
